Additionally, from my experience, I am 50% sure you can manifest / convert dreams, thoughts, or anything, into the flesh / reality. The reason I say this is because of the ghosts I see. I believe 50% of the time they are but my own thought and creation, that at certain times, i can project these thoughts into flesh and into the real world. Then the 50% of ghost I see i believe they are the typical ghost that people know which art not of my creation.

Why do i say dreams are real? Because all things are real. Think about it, if a thought exist, it is real, but because it is not in flesh form we consider them not real. Sometimes I dream in episodes, sometimes I go back in time, sometimes i can see the future of the real world, pretty cool, but rare. In dreams it is much easier to control since it appears you have less interference / conflict from others. But as some of you might know, others can still come into your dreams and interfere.

I 90% of the time know im dreaming and often shape my dreams. The cool thing is, in these dreams, though I know they are dreams, they are not fake, they are real, they really exist, but they are different from the flesh world. I always test the flying ability in my dreams and hohoho it always works but it is hard top control perfectly. Dreams are so awesome when you have the power over them the way I do. But i hate dreams where I know im dreaming and start to panic, those are bad.
