So I'm about to set sail on the Dream. I've been on two other ships and Todd was the cruise director both times. I wish I had a different Carnival personality to interact with, but the biggest constructive feedback I have for Todd is to get new material. He used the exact same script on our second cruise as on the first one. Sorry Todd, but the "I think they are a-patch-e" lady joke isn't going to work for me a third time. We know you have all the other characteristics to do a fabulous job!
I agree with some of the comments about Todd. On our cruise it was all about him and how much attention he could get and he was just plain rude to my son, I was a little dissapointed when I found out he was the cruise director on this ship. It,s about the people who spend thier hard earned money that get only one or two week vaction. You dont have to be chipper all the time but to be plain rude is not nice. It really left a bad tatse in our mouth. However, whos complaining were going on a cruise
already met him 2008 on the FREEDOM Cruise director todd wittmer was outstanding, he did a great job he is very high energy and seemed to be everywhere and on the go from morning till night he is the best choice for that gorgeous ship.
Todd was on the Freedom last Dec and I thought he sucked! Oh Well, I'll just have to wait and see if he is better on the Dream. Dec 3,2009 > 9 day cruise, CANT WAIT!!

The Carnival Dream sets her first sail in 1day and 22hours and in 18minutes & 13 seconds! Carnival will this be recorded on her first sailing do you think? Or will it be on your channel video of her first sailing or will it be on TV do you know by any chance. I love you great fun cruise line I really enjoyed the time of my life on Carnival.

Whatever Todd...since Carnivore doesn't invest heavily in distinction or difference with its ships why would the cruise firector have it any different? People will hear the same old crap they've gotten before..maybe you'll refrain from some of the vulgarities Mr. Heald considers entertaining.
