just keep fighting hr8 los,its better to capture him after breaking wings,head and tail.this increases your chance of getting a los heaven scale.its really rare,ive killed around 12 g ranked los and got only 2.its something like g rank ruby

Raw: 1404, +10 def, white sharpness, purple with sharpness +1(I used sharpess +1 because It would bounce on naruga's wing/arm, hence interrupting my triple pound.
