OATS! They use oats in the meatloaf?! I would have NEVER thought of that. I've always used the 'always used' bread crumbs. But I use Italian seasoned bread crumbs. I guess I can forgo that for all the other seasonings, but I wonder what the oats do for the consistency that the bread crumbs don't. I'm surprised Adam didn't ask that.

It definitely looked moist and a lot more solid. I never knew why, but my meatloaf always tended to fall apart. Juicy, but crumbly.
