Ken's alt has short sleeves and a fuzzy collar or something like that and a gold chain and sneakers. Think of it as a Pimp Karate Gi.

Because he is a Combat Sambo fighter. That's their uniform a Judo style Gi top, shorts and shin pads and gloves.

He's wearing those "official" sensei gi you see at those tournaments. Kinda like Ryo from Hyper NeoGeo's Buriki One. I was expecting him to wear something like, I dunno, his hoodie from the animated movie lol. At least he looks better in his alt outfit than Ryu.
