Thats a huge impact. Glad she is ok. Lucky she did not collect that white car at the corner apex. I think she also had a big lock up at turn 6 on Saturdays race. The back wheels where locked and she did well to save it. Id say that cars got (had) some serious brake gremlins.

the second crash (first in this movie) have nothing to do with track safety. the car most have lost it's brakes or something cause it didn't slow down

maybe if the tight arses that run QLD raceway actually put some bench/bleacher seats up on the hill, they could raise the barriers a bit and keep everyone safe and not watching through a wire fence. (this would also make watching powercruise and any other events NOT SUCK SO MUCH when 3000 tall ass mofo's with mullets and billabong hats block your view!)
Imagine what would have happened if that car landed full weight on someone, let alone a kid under it when it went over the fence.
From what I understand, there was some sort of ABS modulating issue, she went through the correct proceedure but it didnt work and the brake pedal wouldn't budge..
much different to the incident she had on the friday where the brake pedal went straight through to the floor and nothing happened...clearly somthing was wrong with the brake system in that car....but thats just my opinion...I'm just glad my sister is ok.
@DoriouS13 Glad she's alright too mate, there's not much you can do when the brakes do what they do! Scary thing is, I'd been offered the ride in that car but didn't manage to find the funds to get into it for the weekend...bit crazy to think that could have been me :|
