go into the "Player" folder in your NR2003 folder, go to your player, find the roof flaps, turn it from 1 to 0.

i didnt say i get better blowovers the blowovers in nascar 08 go higher but i can only do that if i spin somebody to the outside but it doesent work alot when i spin them to the inside

It's NASCAR Racing 2003 Season, so yea, it's a 4-year-old game. MasGrafx has some templates there, so does TeamSBR and Tucknut. Just look around for them.

Actually, tbrh, EA fails at bringing real make trucks. This is NASCAR Racing 2003 Season, made by Papyrus and published by Sierra.

Yea, the COT in NASCAR 08 is too generic. They should be having actual manufacturers come NASCAR 09. If not, please sue EA.

I think they just didnt have enogh time to program the Camry, the other templates, new tracks and titles, and the COT. I will sue if they dont. What would REALLY suck is if they had the COT AND the Car OF 2day in 09.
