  • Not knocking them, but the Turtles' lead singer looks a bit like a recovering alcoholic. Don't get me wrong, they're a great band and all.

  • Why in the Hell, When i see this with the turtles i think of Jack Black and some fat chick named Rosemary????

  • I wish Gene Clark sang more lead in the Byrds then he did...

  • I was very young but I remember Shindig and all of the cool bands that played. It was a great time to be alive. I wish that I could go back!

  • If you are keeping track of Flo and Eddie aka turtles they are on tour this summer doing Hippie Fest with Melanie, Eric Burden, Johnathan Edwards, Jack Bruce from Cream. I only wish they played more. Every act gets about 15 minutes. The turtles return this fall on their Hot Autumn Nights Tour with The Grass Roots, and others. I loved the comedy of the turtles when they spoke about taking drugs in the 60's, named the drugs, and then compared it to all the stuff people take today, legally!

  • Gods once walked the earth!

  • The Turtles I was talking about.

  • These guys used to be a surf band called the crossfires.

  • Met Jimmy O when he live in omaha nebraska in 1973 at the lake forest pool,he was a outstanding guy, Jimmy if you read this i hope alls well,,,,

  • Hey, it's Shinrock, with Jimmy O'Neilstone!

  • They looked goofy but I loved their sound!!

  • Great trio of songs...they all kick ass

  • I think Im a reincarnation of some hippie of that era: DAMN PROUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I remember renting this in Blockbuster as a teen trying to get to that era so much..I was around 14-16 grooving a lot to this very loud....
