My guess, it's the sun reflecting off the chemtrails of some plane, same effect as when you see beautiful orange clouds as the sun is setting. It's obviously that time of day in the video.

I don't know much, but that looks like something is simply falling though the atmosphere.  On a side note that camera has RIDICULOUS zoom. But I don't really understand the obsession with UFOs. At careful examination of the close-up between thirty-five and forty-five seconds the object reminds me of old video of US Apollo Space Capsules re-entering Earth's atmosphere. I believe this vid shows a high speed object having particles of itself being heated by friction and burned away. The possible flames emanating to the sides of the central core appear to have a flaming or lapping effect as they blow upward and away, especially toward the upper ends of the flames. Object is indeterminate.

It is a twin engine airplane. The sun is setting and the light is hitting the bottom of the plane and making the vapor trails from both engines light up brighter, This happens all the time and mistaken for some kind of UFO phenomenon. Looks cool though....
