If you break the front glass it is not covered by warranty and despite the guarantee description Oregon 'do not' have a repair centre or designated service agent... All 5 repair specialists I have seen will not fix the camera. I am left with a crack that now is suseptable to misting and no longer waterproof.

This turned out very nice for a night time video. I'm glad you didn't use music. Whenever people replace the sound with music, what usually happens is the person who chose the song likes it. And everyone else hates it. And most people who find videos like this by searching "ATC 9K" want to see and hear what the camcorder can do.
:-( yeah... i was thinking about this one for a road trip i'm making through Europe, but heck, the sound is too awful for me to even considering buying it... a pity I must say because it's a nice looking camera...

Hi, I am having a difficult time hooking up my ATC9K to my ZX-14 with the mounting kit that came with the camera. Do you know of any company that sells mounts that will work with this camera? Thanks. golddragon1962
@golddragon1962 i'm sorry but i'm afraid i don't know any other mounting kits, though i had to stuff some paper towel when i mounted to a honda ps250.

I use an ATC3k on the back of my dog (check out my videos) and i use windows movie maker and it is really simple to cut bits of film out that i do not want,but i have just bought an ATC9K and i can not play the videos on my computer, also windows movie maker will not recognise the file.
@GSDcam: why on earth would you use a cheap program like Windows Movie Maker to edit HD files? Use Magix Video Deluxe or something similar. Have fun with your dog and the camera ;)
