@iPodTouchAngel equip v-smoke, then rightclick or whatever your alt-fire is. It removes the dart, but wont keep an at-4 from hitting though.

@haifad I don't think flares would work since most of these are laser guided or just skill shots. Flares work by diffusing heat seeking missiles.

Only a fail when the enemy uses the vehicle smoke. I know, just used by wieners, but there are a lot of em. So you better train with the AT4 or you get them with a sniper rifle.

@thetute59 but it still isn't fast enough for "hunting" helicopters;) maybe black hawks but it's very hard to hit the combat choppers...i tell you i am a very good pilot and sometimes you can't avoid getting hit by a carl gustav because it's flying very fast and you don't have much time to react ;) on what platform are you playing? if you want to play just send me a message and we can fly helicopter :D

AFAIK they get a warning when a missile is headed towards them and then they would have enough time to react, nevertheless its really hard to hit even a still standing chopper with CG at very long range^^ I play on PC and you? ;)

@johny11150 if you trace somebody, then watch through your optic. You see a litte quadrat. First only a halfsize one. You have to aim for (not sure 3 seconds ) on your target, till you can see the distance from your target below the quadrat. Then shoot, and the rocket will follow the enemy.

Hate how in this map, dumb ass noobs rush the AA vechile into the enemy base and get it stolen or destroyed. Allowing the Apache to own. Tracers are hard to use against good pilots, which is now common since BFBC2 had been out so long.

Well

the way we deal with the heli is that u need two tracer darts and 1 rpg guy.

the 1st solder tags the heli

will decoy with the flares sure but it need 15 sec to reload the flares

so the 2nd guy have to trace it is well, right after the flares

so you have abut a 10 sec window to get the Apache. simple

teamwork only
