I downloades sb settings and It resprong for ever so I held down the home button and the power button till the scolly thingy went away then it shut off and the apple logo can up for like 1 min and it went back to normal but it may not work for other people though

@TheSlycooper345 go to cydia on another mobile device and search for sbrotator. on that page there should be a section called package content or something like that. list down all the files you see, and search for them with ifunbox.

SBrotator messed up my iphone 4 on ios 5 semi-untethered.

@fresh2980 let the program run the search for as long as you can. and search for "libactivator' if it still doesent work

Well, for me i-FunBox didn't access enough files to resolve my problem. Since I had already had SSH enabled before it entered the respring loop, I was able to just use WinSCP to browse my files, but this time I had to guess my annoying interchanging IP. Just a notice, if this doesn't work, try WinSCP (or a similar SSH'ing application)

@butube12345hh when you open ifunbox it should recognize your device. your going to click on your device on the side of the program. and click search in the top bar. and search for the file that caused your respring loop.

I went to sb settings and saw that I had apps hidden, so I unhid them by turning them on. This required a respring and thats when it got stuck in the loop!! How do I fix this?!! Thanks!

@Jaroldv127 Can I access the root of my phone through ifunbox if I can't even reach the lock screen of my phone? See what happens is that the apple logo pops up when it turns on It shows the respring wheel, and then resprings. Does that make sense?

Hy , nice fix, sounds really good, i just have a problem connecting my iphone to ifunbox.

I have an iphone 3g with iOS 3 and I`ve installed ifunbox v1.6 and iTunes 10. My question is how do I connect to ifunbox (it says "No device connected) having this respring loop ? I`ve also tried entering recovery mode with no luck.

Any sugestions?

Thank You!!! I downloaded a cracked version of Display Recorder that was out of date. So i added the xsellize source and downloaded their crack which is updated and works on 4.3.5

@alvinchiew1 nothing. if your idevice is in the respring look while your deleting the files it should stop respring as soon as you delete the right files.

@alvinchiew1 what do you mean "tick" its suppose to be in a respring loop. Go to cydia on another device and type in the package that caused your respiring loop. you should see a section in the package that says "fillesystem content" read that and search for every file that you see their.

@alvinchiew1 let the program run the search for about 5 minutes and let all your files appear. After that delete the files that have the name facebreak or something that sounds suspicious.

Nice video! I had the exact same problem, running at 4.3.5 and installing Display Recorder.

My method was: using SSH via WINCP when it online but in respringloop ( it works just like iFunbox.

After that I ran: /var/mobile/Library/Preference­s/com.saurik.mobilesubstrate.d­at

with WINCP using the terminal, it boots your phone to safemode, after that deleted Display Recorder through Cydia.
