You can't activate Appropriate when he draws a card during his draw phase xD it says so on the card xD and you can draw 3 cards with Appropriate if you play Dark World Dealings. To clarify: Cards that let you activate Appropriate: Hand Destruction Dark Bribe Cup of Ace (when your opponent draws off course) Any draw card your opponent plays (like Allure/Reckless etc.) Cards that let you draw 2 extra cards if Appropriate is face-up: Hand Destruction Dark Bribe Cup of Ace Dark World Dealings
