I saw this film this past weekend and was VERY disappointed. The whole thing was like a long music video (or "Making of") for Haitian 2pac. The film didn't focus on the conditions of Cite Soleil, the chimeres themselves, the politics was only the backdrop...and the action scenes in the trailer above are the only action scenes in the film. It looks like the director fell for 2Pac just like the white "relief worker", and promised him he'd make a film about him.
