all these natural things you are talking about are indeed natural and would occur without human intervention, BECAUSE they are part of the carbon cycle. the carbon cycle has been interfered with by us and we are realeasing the natural stores of CO2, such as coal oil etc, much faster than they would naturally be released. therefore CO2 is building up in our atmsophere quicker than it should.
