This is amazin! It didn't stand out to me when I first listened to it a few months ago, but I guess my ears have adjusted.

I like this song a lot...I think its a good thing they are going in a different direction. When you have a debut like Oracular Spectacular thats so insanely respected/popular its easy to just keep on making that album. MGMT NEEDED to change, I think this album is gonna be a lot less accessible, more 60's psychedelic then 70's, to me the 2 new songs Ive heard sound like they have been heavily influenced by Sgt. Peppers/Revolver.

Well, that is just my opinion :) I love stuff as Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles and all that old stuff.. But i must say that i have never felt the same way about a band as i feel for MGMT! I can't stop listening to their album and i've had it for about a year now. I love everything about them.. The instrumental, the lyrics and their personality's.. I think that personality is a vary important thing to have in a band, and they certainly got that! :b I'm in love with them though i am a guy!

it's funny how people dont understand that people can actually be DECEIVED by new songs from bands theyre impossibly in love with. when you listen to a band's songs a million times, and taht these songs just make you feel SOO good, you have expectations for the next albums. and if it's not as great as you expect it to be, it's deceiving. True, it IS MGMT. It only doesn't sound like their old songs just dont tell me it sounds like metnoia, it really doesnt. whatever. they're still THE VERY BEST.
