As salamu aleykum brothers and sisters,as far as i know(and only Allah knows) these drums are allowed(halal)drums is dhaff as u said,and also not all scholars agreed in this point,music that animates to dance is haram,lyrics that contain sex,money,dunya all together is haram,also voices that should sound eroticly is haram-lovesongs and so on.but to worship Allah cant be haram in this manner,dont u think?Also your intention(Niyya) is important....the one of the listener and the one of the singer!
