The old series: An unstoppable Grievous with badass lines and a sinister voice, arc troopers who are pretty much the clone versions of Spatsnaz, and a serious story that is very gritty at times.

The new series: Cheap jokes every second, a Grievous some shitty fake Russian accent who couldn't take on a fly, and completely useless troopers.

Fuck it, I watched the old series years ago and loved it, watched a single episode of the new series and said "I feel sorry for the kids who watch this shit"

@AlexMcPwnr i think that the emperor did not have any clones in the empire because he thought that they would turn against him like they did to the Jedi when they heard the command order 66 so instead (i dont know what happened to the original clones) he gave the arc troopers a choice of retirement or to train stormtroopers witch were just simple humans that were recruited.

@lukeape1 Palpatine did have clones in the empire but they were not nearly as "skilled" as the first generation clones, the clones that served in the empire were spaarti clones. These clones were grown at an extremely accelerated rate so that more could be pumped out in a smaller amount of time to fuel his ambitions. By doing this he chose quantity over quality and so the resulting clones were not as "skilled" or capable as the first generation clones because of accelerated training and growth.

If the later centax clones were of low quality it was because experienced ppl werent around to show them things. Probably since ppl like niner and darman chose to go to mandalore or defect

@acp1778 I have read Imperial commando. I believe it actually states in there that the clones are of lower quality because of what you said yes but also because they are clones of clones. This degraded their quality even further but i'm not denying what you said either. You are also putting emphasis on one clone as I am putting emphasis on them in general. Sure there were a few high quality clones in that batch but the majority were of lower quality than the first generation of clones.
