mashallah very nice and for me the proofs are just so strong that i have to follow them,its reported in tafsir from ibn abbas! and ibn mesud and others radhiallahuanhuma that the gheelbab ( one of the aja in the quran about covering)

i think this issue should be optional. there is major difference of opinion about niqab. some say it's obligatory and some say it's not. i think both opinions should be respected.

because there are some scholars (like al banni rahimullah) who says the niqab is musthaab but not wajib. and scholars like uthaymeen rahimullah who says the niqab is wajib.

Sister, lets talk about the classical scholars first. Scholars from the early generations and up until now. Shaykh Albani(rh) held the opinion that it is highly recommeded and should be practiced.

No scholar said that its just a matter of option, even Albani(rh) never said that.
