According to my information, 3000 children in the Fukushima province were tested for radiation poisoning, and 1000 tested positive for having lumps (not tumors-let's be clear) in their necks. On average, the "lumps" tested for anywhere from 4-6mm, or 5mm. Please correct me if I've said anything that is inaccurate. Thank you.

According to my information, 3000 children in the Fukushima province were tested for radiation poisoning, and 1000 tested positive for having lumps (not tumors-let's be clear) in their necks. On average, the "lumps" tested for anywhere from 4-6mm, or 5mm. Please correct me if I've said anything that is inaccurate. Thank you.

I live in Japan and kids are not "dropping dead from heart failure because of the radiation". That is an absoulute lie that Alex has repeated over the last few days with absolutely no evidence. I work in the public school system. Three couples I know have had babies since the meltdown. Everyone I know is all over the radiation situation. This country is first world and the size of California. Volunteers are constantly coming and going from the Tohoku region. They could not cover that up.

Didn't he check the study report sent to NASA in 1982 by Dr. Thomas D. Luckey of Missouri University and other results of studies and experiments conducted thereafter in different countries including Japan? The irony is some "experts" do not even realize plutonium is one of the elements released. Not many people do, MOX is rare because it is dangerous. So I don't doubt there are experts claiming no risk..those of us with brains know that there are experts who say the opposite...facts > opinions, my son.

Besides, the pellets of MOX having been sintered, it can be neither reduced to powder nor brought out of the plant. You ought to revise your knowledge. Just check what Ludwig E.Feinendegen, Ph.D. of Humboldt University of Berlin was saying about it.

im not really that fukishima was worse than chernoble though ,and there is this great documentary called "life in the dead zone" where it shows all the wildlife that has returned to the exclusion zone ,it shoes hoe the animals and plants have returned to pripyat ,they seem to not effected that much

plants can be very radiation resistant, with animals its a different story they have a short life span on avarage, they are deadly sick because of radiatio but they are dying of natural causes before they could develop cancer, Humans wont be back for another 25.000 years or so.

They could have been 100s of times safer, but they wanted this set up for a reason. @priced916 Its time to leave if you have a plan and connections in a strategic location. Just picking up and leaving to some place you feel is better may not work out...some of the countries you may prefer could be worse off in a total melt down. I have thought about this quite a bit. As well, not many (most) countries will not just take you in readily without certain financial and professional requirements being met. Research it...plan it.
