Well i have never heard this version of it, sounds really crappy, the original version she did for the euro version of this album is much better, was a cover for tina turner also. I don't know why the american release was made all rnb style. the original album is amazing i would always suggest getting the euro version of its a mans world.

People hu dont like this version...fair enuf ! its the version from It's A Man's World(American Edition) so it's proper title should be ''Paradise Is Here (Sam Ward Remix)''. However i half to say that the version on the uk edition is equally as good as tinas

We all have preferences. Cher's version is very different from Tina's. Cher's is more like a slow dance groove where Tina's is a soulful stiring vocal version. I do prefere Tina's version better, but it is nice to hear Cher's very different version. Just my opinion. Thanks for the post.

I love this version! It's my favourite. The UK original sounded like a foggy Bon Jovi demo and the US *radio edit* was mixed to sound like "... like the deserts miss the rain". :-p *This* is the version I prefer -- with the big girls singing backing vocals! I don't really care for Tina's version at all.
