In the used bikes market the tzr 250 is more or less the same price as the first models R6 (120 hp). The colors are very similar (white and red). The Bike mag says in the negative apreciation - the r6 is very good but got to be in the mood. about the tzr they wright - japs never made the TZ350. i myself prefer the TZR 250, but two disks in the front please. A legend bike.
You are on about the 1st model TZR 250 2MA single disc (rubbish bike)
2nd Model TZR 250 3MA reverse Cylinder (twin discs)
You quite obviously know nothing about this bike TZR 250 3XV ..it's a race replica with the frame based on the grand prix bike......of course it has twin discs at the front.
Yamaha did make a TZ350 one of the most iconic grand prix racing bikes ..the nearest a TZ350 came to the road was in the form of a RD/RZ 350
