It's not from a game, ist from Tsubasa Chronicle, it's Sakura's song she is forced by some woman who wants to know more about her an her mystic power, in this song Sakura tells her all about her memories even those one she has lost as price to gain the others back ... gnaa i'm telling to much wierd stuff, watch the anime and find out for yourself ^^
