@naylorba actually, they closed for a bit, then moved to a different theatre (the Orbach). But the show did run for decades in its original space on Sullivan St.

okay almost every special or making of thing i always hear " longest running , longest running" why are there soo many different types its annoying to always here that!

it really was the longest-running musical in the world. no show has played continuously for 3 decades on broadway. sometimes, people's ignorance is annoying especially if they act way above their worth.

WOAH Doug! He and I were in the same community theater company a while back - we were in "The King And I", even though he was a big lead and I was just one of the kids. So cool. Go Doug!

I saw Julia as Luisa!!! I agree, she was so totally perfect. I saw Nick Spangler as Matt, not this guy.

our school just did this play and the girl at our school has a better voice. like this girl is good but not as good.
