No problem :-) To me mind the Freemason's society begun in France in the XVII° century, not before. These idea's groups aren't the following of the compagnon's fraternitys, who build the cathedral and the castle one or two or three century before.

Thank for your comment. For me, Dampierre don't need FreeMason to explain the message included in the stone, but alchemy, which isn't at all FreeMasonery.

Actually alchemy is apart of freemasonry to a degree,but as I am no mason I could not tell you exactly how.

Alchemy isn't a part of freemasonry. The freemasons use alchemical terms, but they aren't alchemists, except someone.

You are absolutely right. alchemy is ancient and most natural and genuine of all sciences. Freemasonry is a derivation and already an organized society. Alchemy is more individual and free.
