Think Sun Dial is a real band? Guess again. Cream got together with The Byrds and secretly recorded a bunch of tracks in Eric Clapton's basement. They met up with some lads down at the pub who agreed to be the "faces" of the band and appear on the albums and do various photo shoots. A U.S. "invasion" was planned, but scrapped when the lads struck out on their own and formed a band called "The Power." With Guiness as their sponser, they were the "intro" band for darts legend Phil Taylor!!!
man dig it's like what prog rock by unknowns could be if prog rock only rocked sometimes man its like a squadron of silver trip-ships flying thru space man and like they are full of these groovy old hippies man except these space pilots are like not as old but still kinda old man and like THERE ARE BUTTERFLIES WITH FANGS in the engine rooms man and like whoa man so not cool such a square drag man whoa they are brewin some magic!
@Mikkinky man, if you're not down with these cowboys of trip vibe, then the world is a peg and you're a square man and when the titanium androids battle the cyborg-human morphoids for the soul of Gaia, man, it won't be outtasight except when the thermo-plastic nuclear trigger voids are touched by the failed harmonics of all the uptights and hippies in drum octagons man and then we vaporize in a reverse trans-mobarity field man and all you can do is kiss god on her lips man.
the original version of this song is from the U.K. band 'Open Mind', in 1969.
(you can search for it in youtube)
It has similarities with ''I wanna be your dog", but as it was issued in '69 too, you should know the exact release date of each track, just to tell who copied who;)
Killer cover by Sundial, even loved by -non psychedelic music fans- friends of mine
To Duvel and Benny Hill, and the caps were a trip on this fucking keyboard. In praise also of fermentation, remembering the hard cold slopes of the Festung Ehrenbreitstein.

This is a very fresh band. Couldn't get 'em in Limewire, which is a sad thing. Dope gee-tars too!
