I actually did that running plan, and they do recommend that you take it easy on yourself which is good :D. I'm not a very large person but i DID feel growth in my running ability from doing it so i wish you the best

Duke, don't worry about the running. I have been doing the C25K program for about 6 months & I've only been able to run 20 min twice so far. I don't really care though. We're not going to give up. If it takes me 2 yrs to eventually be able to run a 5K, that's okay. I'll be running into my 30's. hehe
