  • Would look even awesomer with arms crossed must be hard enough da?

  • @RollinGunZeppelin7X I'm not sure. I'd have to try it first.

No, it isn't that hard (but then again, I practiced a lot. ^^).

  • I have a problem with ankle during practise this dance, I suppose that problem is in shoes, what type of shoes are good for kozachek? I suppose that some army shoes, heavy and strong ...

  • @Persitv2 I usually wear a pair of sneakers when dancing. I haven't tried any fancier moves with my steel plated boots yet, so I don't know how it would work. I suggest stretching first (as I do in my tutorial part 1 video), and wearing sneakers. When you are comfortable enough with this dance, then you can try it with boots.

    Good luck! ^^

  • @CookieClansman yes, ordinary nike shoes are absolutly ok,the problem wasn´t in shoes but in weight of my body and angle b/w body and foot, because the central axis of body (in 3d +Y axis) has to be perpendicular to the sole, (heel axis is+X in 3D).The problem starts in the situation, where the heel´s angle deviates from the body axis of dancer, this beginner´s "angle deviations" causes a pain and instability during kozachok dance and the conclusion of dance is the fall...

  • @Persitv2 Wow! That's one heck of an awesome explanation! O_O

    I don't always fall, though. =P

Have you been practicing lately? If so, how did it go? ^^

Thanks again for the comment. ^^

  • @CookieClansman yes, maybe not fall but "instability" .... I practise cca 2 days during a week with my small nephew-she is 2 years old and called this dance only "koza" she is better, but her performance looks more as a dancefloor :) great winter video with boots, it will looks also good with western chaps ... I bet ...

  • @Persitv2 Hehe. It's the floor that I dance on that is unstable. ^^

    What is "cca"?

Aww, that must be cute! A two year-old doing this dance? Cute and awesome! ^^

Thank you! That winter video was difficult and frustrating to make, but I'm still glad I did it. I'm glad you liked it! ^^

If you need more tips, just send me your questions in a PM, and I'll be happy to answer them! =D

    Good luck! =)

  • That looks like a really easy way to break a leg if ya ask me. Lol

  • @animeshows568 I don't see how. O_o It's a pretty risk-free move.

  • tech me how to russy teach me teach me how to russy

  • @cujo503 No problem! I've made some tutorials on my channel. Check them out. =D

  • @andymkordo Oh, what? Just like the Romans 'stole' the Greeks' language and polytheistic religious practices?

  • @WildfiretheTiger Roman used letters (latin) from Etrusk /etrusk-latin/ maybe from Kartago people, but also something from Greek alphabet, but Greek alphabet came from Phoenicia and phoician civilization used letters from Kanaan, it is phoenician

-canaan alphabet from Lebanon...roman gods were different as greek, roman gods are etrusk heritage...

  • This is so not Russian! Even if it is labeled as "Russian". For far too long Russian has been stealing traditions from other regions, and the labeled them as Russian. It's high time it stopped.

  • @AndyMKordo your probably not going to stop it with a youtube comment then....

  • @AndyMKordo da-it is original folk dance from Ukraine...

  • Умеешь.. могёшь! :)

  • @ZippOR35 "Can you .. mogesh!"

I tried looking it up, but I still don't know what mogesh is. Sorry. =/

  • Deadly u are cool :D

  • Dude, how did you pratice and get so good? What do you suggest I should do

  • @seansphone1 I suppose I have a natural talent, but I had to practice and train to get better.

I suggest watching my Russian dance tutorials (you can find them on my channel). As for training, I suggest doing squats and one-legged squats.

I'm glad you're interested in dancing. =) If you need more help, then let me know, and I'll be happy to help you.

Oh, and make sure to read the author's comments on my tutorials. It's best to practice, but not too intensely.

    Good luck! =)

  • why r u so interested in russian dance? this is cool) I am russian and i appreciate that)

  • @DareChange I'm glad that you like my videos. =)

This dance is just so awesome. It's a great workout, and it's a lot of fun! If you're interested in learning, you can watch my tutorials. =)

  • have got all russians such a long nose ????? :-O

  • @CapitanoGUC I'm not Russian, so I can't speak for them, but I'm reasonably sure they don't all have noses like that. XD

  • CookieClansman-You are not the only one, me and my friend are also inspired by he video. we have practiced fr 3 months and i got 120 for my russian dance. we can do all the tricks including the two leg, were in 8th grade. the only hard one is the trick you named moremoves 2

  • @90135741 That's great! ^^ I'm not sure what you mean by "120", though. You can do the double-kick? Awesome! Could you make a video of that? It'd be awesome! =D

You're in 8th grade? O_o The age on your channel says "40". o_O

Thanks for the comments, likes, favorites, and subscription! =D

  • Это все делается быстрее в полтора раза.

  • @MrKingroyal "This is all done quickly and a half times."

The more I practice, the better I'll get. ^^

  • Try to practice your hands as well, don't let them flying like helicopter blades.

  • @kamilfiryn I tried imitating the hand movements in the "Dances of the soldiers" video, but I was too focused on my leg movements, so my arm movements do look silly.

  • Ни хрена, как всё сложно. Попробуй-ка так исполнить))))

  • @skuflegof "No shit, like all hard. Just try to perform well))))"

    More practice, more improvement.

  • Naaaw this is even more amazing! Damn you! Keep it up!

  • @TFTOP Subscribing is just one click away! =)

  • oh man NICE!

  • well done

    keep practicing

  • love it

  • @StadiumHot I'm glad to hear it! Thank you for the comment. =)
