when kurt died i was in high school and i remember hearing about it in school on that morning that he died and i couldnt fuckin believe it becuz it was hard to accept the fact that he was gone as it was for everyone else i knew his music was so big to me and all the other teens that looked at kurt as the spokesmen for our generation it felt like a huge part our lives was just taken from us and it just killed to know that we would never hear his voice the same way knowing he wasnt there anymore

Hey kids, chill out. Pop, more so in the late 80's, early 90's was short for "Popular Music". It was what you heard on the radio and saw on television on a very consistent, regular basis. Don't get me wrong, it's dad hearing about any loss of life but the thing is, he was tired of writing and playing music. I think even if he didn't kill himself then, he would've eventually done it. I, personally was more upset when Layne Staley died. Greatest grunge/rock band of all time.

I wonder if Kurt looked down and felt any regret for what he did. Suicide is a permanent solution to temporary problems, and it makes me feel a lot of sorrow that no one was able to reach him in time. The world was so much brighter for his Light having shined in it, and his passing was and still is a great loss. This fucking makes me sad and start to cry whenever I watch footage of him. I feel sorry for him for whatever torment he was going through that he thought suicide was the answer.
