@hotheadedjoelhaha Go watch a documentary called "Freedom to Fascism". THERE WAS NO INCOME TAX PRIOR TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE FED IN 1913. Meaning from 1776 to 1913, there was NO INCOME TAX. The Constitution, under the 16th Amendment, says that Congress may collect taxes on incomes. An "income" was defined as a CORPORATION MAKING PROFIT OR GAINS by several Supreme Court cases, one being Oliver v. Halstead 1955. For your labor, you're given a wage. It's a fair trade. The gov't is lying to you.

.after i got my payroll clerk to change it, only social security, state, un-employment insurance, and medi-scam are deducted. i let state flow still because it is a fair amount, and still contemplating stopping s.s., but know people collecting benefits so i find it harder to justify cutting my flow into that system just yet. they're all scams and robberies of the highest forms but some have a high enough 'contribution value' , so i continue to pay for now.

it wasn't easy ..there are forms you can obtain and submit if they don't comply, but i made a good case with my budget concerns so she kinda did an end around in the software for my pay calculations (small company).

from what i've found in my research, they can ask you for a S.S.N. and if you don't give them one, legally they can still hire you and if asked by irs why, they submit affidavit stating they asked for one but didn't receive it.

fed taxes are 65% of all prices, so they still get more.

Well supposedly he didn't know there were bad implications behind the whole banking scheme and that's why he signed the bill. He fell for the scheme of the bankers and agreed to sign the bill for campaign support, but later on regretted it.

The Federal Income Tax is Unconstitutional and the 16th ammendment was never properly ratified. Just watch "Freedom to Fascism" by Aaron Russo for all the evidence you need to understand why the income tax is illegal. Ron Paul is correct though when he points out that, illegal or not the IRS has the power to hurt you if you don't cooperate...kind of like the Vermacht SS in the 1930's and 40's.
