Venom would easily win, he could grab Hulk with tentacle and drain his adrenaline. It will make him stronger (and feeded as hell, if u will look at Hulk's amount of rage :>). After ending feeding Hulk wont be able to rage sou it will simply go back to human form, which will be killed easily by Venom.
