While everyone here flips out about "u no it's 1 dmg for dat virluent silver," I'm going to commend both of you on great casual builds.... though I prefer the consistency of your "Prowling with the Pros" vid series (I run an almost identical blogue list,) it's cool to watch you progress towards better deck skills and reminisce about my early days.
Indeed,the Black/Red deck is the rival of the Green/White deck.... I should know,I've fought my friend Blaze with my G/W deck,and gotten obliterated by his B/R deck. I even had my 30 1/1 flying tokens with vigilence out!
WTF virulent sliver does not do 2 damge? it does 1 damage and give 1 poisen counter.
If all you creatures gave poisen counters that system would have worked but you soldier is not a sliver and does not give poisen counters so that system does not work.
Please don't take tokens from the bottom of your library!! Can't you see the foolishness of that? Why not use, for example, coins or at least cards from your graveyard.....

eh.... it's not just about strong cards. try to find card combinations that play off of each other. as for your land problem, a good ratio is usually 1 land for every 2 other cards. (ie, a standard 60 card deck would normally have around 20 lands). be sure you shuffle well, too, after every match. this is vital to avoid getting mana screwed.

How is it that after a single virulent sliver attack, the mono black player is at 18? Should be 19 with 1 poison counter. Next attack has her at 15? Should be 18 at that point. The math here looks terrible.
LordRahl1988 is right...but even more disturbing is the fact that the poison rules are clearly written on virulent sliver in the (Reminder Text)... These videos are just plain awful.
Black Rogue decks function MUCH more smoothly if they're played as a rush deck; get shit out early, rarely block, let Stinkdrinker Bandit make those cards with evasion 3/2s.
Oh, Bitterblossom should also probably be taken out. It's very good, of course, but dangerous unless you have something to champion it with (blue faeries).
The Black Rogue might be good if you got rid of: Unholy Strength, Marsh Fitter (good, but costly), Grave Peril, Assassinate (maybe), Violet Pall, Pack's Disdain and Ghostly Changeling.
Add in: 2 more Stinkdrinker Bandits, Oona's Prowler, 1 more Mutavault, 1 more Nightshade Stinger, Deathmark (SB) and Nameless Inversion (costs 1 black with Frogtosser :D and can be used either to kill or do a quick 3 extra dmge).

Sandie said 20, stick with 24-26 lands on average. 22 if the mana costs of the cards in your deck is lower, 26-28 if they are beefier.
