  • Im 16, 5"11, WHITE, and have a 40 inch vertical thanks to the strength shoes!!! Also the other day i blocked a guy off the backboard and got my head to the rim!!!

  • @CHILLYANTWON1 deadass, i ordered the ATI katapult, and im lik 6 to 7 inches away from the rim, is the strength shoe the only thing u did to gain hops and what ur reah is

  • @L0SFL Thats the exact shoes i got. First i started out just doing the workout it has on the laminated paper but then i just started jump roping with them on. Im mean like 1 footed jump ropes and i did around 350 normal ones in a row with the shoes still on. But the workout ATI did give me some results i just decided to jump rope instead.

  • @CHILLYANTWON1 im only 5'7 almost 5'8 somewere in between there but how much inches did u gain and about wen did u start noticing increases in your vert lik meanin within a week did u start seein results

  • @L0SFL Before i started i was at like 28" vertical and now im at 40" sometimes 45-48" on a real good days when my legs are fresh. And ya I saw good results in like a week or a little more. The bad thing about using the shoes though is that it takes your legs 3 or 4 days to recover from a good workout in them...

  • @CHILLYANTWON1 well i bought the ATI i have them im gonna start this week im buyin that muscle milk powder from gnc they have it for cheap right now, now i know i just asked u this but do u know how much inches u exactly gained from it

  • @CHILLYANTWON1 thts tuff, yeah well i started this week i didnt buy the muscle milk i bought the GNC amp brand the guy said its more healthier then the muscle milk and more effective it costed a little more.

  • @L0SFL Well that will be good. I try to drink a protein shake everyday after I warm up my legs and stretch on off days or after my workout and stretching. But ya that helps a lot. Also be sure to get good sleep, eat good, and HYDRATE.

  • lot of soarness in the calves no improvements really, @ Lord Moxas IDK when the improvements are supposed to show but i havent seen any

  • @K2theron im 5"8, 14years old and i got a 31" vert and i dnt do any plyo oand that stuff all i did was jump to make my jump higher lol
