These videos border on completely useless. I'm sorry, and i don't intend to be disrespectful, but you repeat yourself far too often, and don't actually say anything useful. Your advice is more or less common sense (keep your rope away from petroleum and acid??? really?) and doesn't provide any detail whatsoever on how to do the things you advise.

These videos would be much more useful if they touched on more valuable topics such as how to actually inspect a rope for defects and damage.

geeze you don't show at all how to maintain the rope! you should really show how to go up and down rope checking for soft spots in the core, or cuts and tears
