It's from season two, where cliff jumper thinks Mirage is a traitor due to some misinterprited actions Mirage takes to set up a feud between the Decepticons and the Insecticons.

I can't remember exactly what the episode is called or what the name of it is, but that's where the vfisual clip came from.

The audio after Ratchet's line is from Cars.
