The beat and melody are almost 100% the same. The song however, isn't anything close to the same as R Kelly - Thoia Thoing. You could, however, put it that Leehom was influenced by R Kelly when he composed his own song. He's an artist that LeeHom admire anyway, so it's hardly impossible if his musical style is influenced by him.
