My point is that so many laws are broken in the Philippines, and the government is well aware of it, but unless it affects the politicians personally or their campaign, the government won't give attention to it. Because abortions are illegal means there was NO possibility that the doctors informed her that an abortion would be needed to save her life, while not offering to perform the abortion themselves. They could have also suggested going back to America for an abortion. Abortions are very prevalent in the Philippines, despite the law. Abortion is the killing of a genetically independent, human, living organism in the early stages of development. The scientific term for human child murder, which, scientifically cannot be disputed. As for marriage, federal law notes that if you don't have the parts to procreate regardless of if they work, you can't federally be seen as married by law.

Also, current law can be changed easily about human child murder, the scientific term for abortion. The first child abuse laws didn't start til 1890. the outlawing of abortion because of science is the next step.
