  • Religious fundementalists are not for the Patriot act!!!! Get rid of it now and I am a Christian Religious Fundementalist and Love Jesus and believe there should be no King but Jesus in America, just like the Founding fathers and patriots of the revolutionary war against the VILE and Disgusting English of the day.

  • @doobersmanster the founding fathers weren't christians. I mean, if they looked at you, they would never say you and them are the same.

  • @1776bricks Manyof them were so you are wong on that bright child..ever been to the Jefferson memorial brainchild? and the reason I said "no king but Jesus" was becasue..if you read anyting, you would know that that was what the colinists militia and army were screaming and yelling when they went into battle. I would get along very well with the founding fathers and have read much of what they wrote..only a few like TP (or paine in the ***)rejected Christ and were covered in crap.

  • @1776bricks

"The general principles on which the fathers achieved independence were the general principles of Christianity. I will avow that I then believed, and now believe, that those general principles of Christianity are as eternal and immutable as the existence and attributes of God."

Adams wrote this on June 28, 1813, in a letter to Thomas Jefferson. Also,"I am a real Christian – that is to say, a disciple of the doctrines of Jesus Christ."

    The Writings of Thomas Jefferson,

  • @1776bricks "Here is my Creed. I believe in one God, the Creator of the Universe. That He governs it by His Providence. That He ought to be worshipped. Benjamin franklin

  • @doobersmanster nice, but when they say Jesus Christ, they don't mean the same thing as when you say it. Also, Ben Franklin in your quote doesn't say Jesus Christ. When Adams is speaking about Jesus Christ, he's speaking about the Man, Jesus Christ, there is no God, Jesus Christ. Many military leaders have used the myth of Jesus Christ to strengthen a soldier at a time of battle. How else would the Catholics got all those men to march thousands of miles to Jerusalem?

  • @1776bricks I will just have to dis agree...I have read enough of the founding fathers pesonal letters and public writings to know that they believed in the same Christ as i did. Cath are not followers of Jesus in my opinion..they killed and tortured people and Jesus did not. Jesus is not a Myth he is real and I have experienced his heal and loving power myself.Ther are so many more quotes, but you have been indoctrinated to believe the FF were not CHrstns like me so whats the point?

  • @doobersmanster I understand what you are saying, but why isn't christ mentioned in the constitution, the declaration of independence, or the bill of rights? They built the government to be holy, and that includes non-religious influence from misled christians. When a guy says to you he is a christian, like mitt romney, or santorum, you might know they are lying, but many who say they are christian follow and vote for them because they say they are christian. Get it?

  • @1776 I see, if you study the Bible it becomes apparent that the Constitution is based on Biblical principles. I don't think that most of the founding fathers were being politically expidient like many of the hypocrites of today. Only actions tell the truth. I believe that many of the FF acted upon thier beliefs and lived very Godly and pius lives, even dying for those beliefs. Some did not, but I truly believe that our documents are based on Biblical pre-suppositions. Take care

  • Sheep fuckers.

  • JUDGE & STOSSEL = Yes, there's intelligent life on Fox News

  • KEEP RELIGION OUT OF POLITICS!

  • @pettyofficer30 KEEP POLITICS OUT OF RELIGION!!! Patrick Henry

Ratifier of the U.S. Constitution "It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians; not on religions, but on the gospel of Jesus Christ. For this very reason peoples of other faiths have been afforded asylum, prosperity, and freedom of worship here."The Trumpet Voice of Freedom: Patrick Henry of Virginia, p. iii.

  • Ron Paul. Please God Ron Paul. Clean Constitutional house.

  • The Constitution does nothing to protect our rights, the pigs just change (amend) the writing or 're-interpret it' as they see fit to meet their ends.

  • @Killedkennyagain True enough. Documents are incapable of protecting anything without honorable people that abide them. Therein the problem lies.

  • @fzqlcs Even honorable people are easily corrupted by power.

  • @Killedkennyagain Not true. Its just that seemingly honorable people are often exposed by power.

  • @Killedkennyagain The Constitution outlines our rights. It does so better than nearly any document. But we have to protect them. The question is, how?

  • I LOVE THE JUDGE!!!!!

  • KILL THE KING..

  • ha..... nothing's changed... revolution - constitution - coruption - dissloution - desolation - FUCKED UP NATION

  • Ron Paul and Andrew Napolitano 2012....

    I would vote that ticket..

  • @fyrewolffe HAIL YES!!!!

  • PRESIDENT OBAMA IS AN UNCLE TOM AND AFRICAN AMERICANS NEED TO THINK ABOUT EMANCIPATION NOT SYMBOLISM.

  • @KEVLANEW80 I agree, but I doubt it...

  • You also have the right to live in the woods if you don't want to contribute to society. Have fun.

  • @bungerman1000 you don't even have to bother with the woods, just go on welfare.

  • @fzqlcs Just like a hypocritical conservative, against the welfare state but you'd rather do that than stick to your ideology which would be to go off the grid and live in the woods instead. No principles whatsoever.

  • @bungerman1000 You infer what I did not imply, however the welfare state is what it is. You must feel strongly that accepting the property of taxpayers is a societal contribution. Sorry if you were offended by that but a man should not have to go out into the woods to experience a significant measure of liberty. He should have ownership of that which he produces and fund only the basics of government. As Napolitano often asks, "does the government work for us or do we work for the government?"

  • You also have the right to live in the woods if you don't want to contribute to society. Have fun.

  • Constitution institutionalized the State and centralized the power. It was a step back.

  • Speaking of those from the revolutionary war as "we" seems a little... odd to me. What's the purpose of saying that rather than "they" ?

  • Awesome Job JUDGE , Keep up the great work

  • The great american experiment was more just to see how long it would take for the people go from limited government to big government. Romans hold the record I believe with about 350 years. Think about that, a dead republic society, longest lasting, was only 100 years older than we are. That is 20 more presidents before total collapse. Looks like we are target.

  • Elect Ron Paul to see these actions stopped DEAD!

  • WE wrote a constitution?? WE?? What, do you have a mouse in your pocket? I had nothing at all to do with this vile document. It authorizes theft against me.

  • Individual liberty is mostly a myth these days. You have to be smart, wealthy and mobile to in order to obtain some semblance of it. Calvin Ayre comes immediately to mind. The US couldn't touch him because he lived in Costa Rica and wouldn't set foot on US soil. Then Costa Rica tried to "squeeze" him, and now he lives in Antigua. (His charitable foundation has done much for the country, and the Antiguans are very happy to have him there.) "Smart, wealthy, and mobile" describes him perfectly.

  • One fo the judge's best!

  • Amen.

  • Preach on, Brother Napolitano!, Preach ON!

  • Socialism = feudalism

  • And that's why I'm voting for Ron Paul.

  • Unfortunately, the situation is as bad here in Great Britain. Worse still, 80% of our laws now come not from our Parliament but from the unelected bureaucrats of the European Union.

  • Sheep? No, even sheep would have put a stop to this by now.

What gets me, is that outside of the most rabid religious fundamentalists, there is no support for this legislation in our society, yet people continue to tolerate its existence/continuance, and apparent expansion.

  • @UtubeMyAccountName Only rapid religious fundamentalists? If that is the case, I guess Democrats in Congress are holy rollers! I think you'll find most people who are hardcore on religion (rather than just playing it on TV) dislike the Federal govt as much or more than anyone else. Fundamental Baptists, Mormons, Reformed Calvinists, traditional Roman Catholics, Orthodox Jews - all these beliefs and many more take serious issue with socialism. There is a reason most commies are atheists.

  • @TheBullionBull When I write religious fundamentalists, I don't mean politicians. The only god they worship is power.

Jews & Palestinians are at odds because they can't live together because of religious fundamentalism. The endless wars we're fighting in the Middle East & the Patriot act are supported by Christian fundamentalists, who see terrorism in anything/anyone/anyplace non-Christian, and so on.

None of these groups has any problem with using government (law/military) to their benefit.

  • @UtubeMyAccountName "The endless wars we're fighting in the Middle East & the Patriot act are supported by Christian fundamentalists, who see terrorism in anything/anyone/anyplace non-Christian"

Most people that gullible are not sophisticated enough to be ideologically fundamentalist about anything except watching American Idol and eating McDonalds. I know hundreds of Christians, but no one that is gung-ho for the Patriot Act.

  • @TheBullionBull "...not sophisticated enough to be ideologically fundamentalist..."

Ideological fundamentalism is sophisticated? That's the first time I've heard that one.

The Patriot Act is indefensible on practical & philosophical grounds (as well as economical). The only people (outside of politics) I have ever heard defend it are Christian fundamentalists.

Note I said Christian fundamentalists, not Christians. The key word is 'fundamentalists'.

  • @UtubeMyAccountName What do you mean by fundamentalist? Clearly not someone who strongly believes in the fundamental principles and theology of any given faith...? In my experience, the more Biblically literate someone is, the closer they are to libertarian or small-government conservative. I hate to name names because there are so many and from various traditions, but take Dr Gary North as one example of a Christian intellectual against big government.

  • @TheBullionBull By fundamentalist, I mean persons who put there faith ahead of their reason. Persons who believe the world is 5,000 years old. Persons who reject scientific data, if it in anyway contradicts their doctrine/dogma.

So yes, I mean persons "...who strongly believes in the fundamental principles and theology of any given faith..."

I do not know anything about Dr. North, but most religious fundamentalists stand up against the state only when it adversely affects them or their faith.

  • @TheBullionBull Also Tom Woods. He's a Chrisitan and an anarcho-capitalist.

  • @TheBullionBull some good points but fact is, most commies believe in god; you wrote that without any serious research or inquiry, maybe just parroting what you've heard from someone else. some leaders of communist countries have been known to suppress religion and the idea of god but in large part the people have held belief in god, therefore, your statement that "most commies are atheists" is wrong. read history, do some sizable research, and get your facts straight.

  • @desirefirst How would you have any idea the amount of research I have done on religion or communism? Most communists are atheists - the fact that many of the oppressed people in communist-run countries have a belief in God (your claim, not mine) does not change that. Stalin, Mao, Lenin, Marx, etc were all godless.

  • @UtubeMyAccountName Religious fundamentalists? I may not like them, but they are mainly for the oppression of social choices (Sexual orientation, abortion) not personal freedoms (right to property). It is ironic that those who consider themselves liberals care only for those social choices and not basic rights.
