@sillybillywithnowill no. passenger trains dont get painted here for few reasons.. 1 we dont have any. there is a train called the westcoast express that goes from mission to vancouver on weekday mornings and nights.. but that is not in our area and nobody paints it anyways because of security. and then there is the skytrain. that also doesn't get painted because of security and its in the sky.. we paint fr8s becuz they dont get buffed, it lasts for years, travels and millions of people see it..

England's population is much more dense and plus it's one of the most watched countries in the world (CCTV), so that alone drastically increases your chances of being caught. There are tonnes more reasons tbh..

Obviously though, if you're clever enough (and lucky), you'll never be caught..
