after some tinkering, it works fine :D

only thing is that i'm forced to start in safe mode (-v -x -x32) otherwise i see the bootscreen loading, and after a while a traffic sign icon appears above the apple.

any idea on how to fix this? other then that, everything is fine :)

i recommend that you have at least 2 gigs of ram, a dualcore processor and a 256 mb. graphics card... my old pc that is slower can barerly run mac osx :/ weld it is not my main pc so whatever

@RandomRandomMan2 before installing this OS, you should prepare 1st for everything. use your friend's computer and then download the Windows OS and burn it to dvd. mostly people using an external harddrive to do this installation, because its too risky to install in your internal drive (like losing all your data).

no you cannot install mac os on AMD phenom X3 8450 . It is not supported

but if you can temporarily manage a AMD semptron processor install using that and refer this tuto. after installing put back your AMD PHENOM X3 and boot it will work 100 percent . but note that SKIP THE STEP OF EFI HEX STUDIO YOUR GRAPHICS CARD WONT WORK ON AMD PHENOM X3 . The sound and ethernet card works great .

when i boot up normally not in safe mode i get the apple and the spinning circle below it and then the apple just goes away and the screen stays white. so at the moment all i can do is boot in safe mode.

@david12325 Try customizing installation for yourself, i had problems to when i did exactly as in video shown, but kept trying... Try find in youtube other install videos with this HAZARD release :) First of all try by checking both updates for installation :)

@AndreyXaker i have an ASUS p5K-e motherboard, and I found the only way to get my system to not panic, is to have "arch=i386 cpus=1 busratio=20" AND "-v -x -x32" in the command line. it wouldn't work any other way. Incase anybody else has that problem. Now, my question is: I have a Cisco (Linksys) USB Wifi adapter. Does anybody know if there is a compatible kext for that?

Hey thanks for your reply but I got it to work my self. What I did was I went to my Laptop upstairs which is connected to this PC with Mac on it. I noted down the IP Adress Subnet Mask Gateway etc and now it works but thanks dude. So now that my Mac works can I just boot it normally?
