I am watched many of this cameras videos and noticed every constant 4 or 5 seconds the video is jerking. Is there any problem like that with this camera?

We are in the process of upgrading our equipment but it appears that there are some problems with the external microphone which is affecting the quality of sound in our last few videos. We are hoping to have this hardware issue resolved before the next video. Appreciate everyone's patience and understanding.
