these things are scams...hemoglobin, the carrier of oxygen in the blood is already more than 99% saturated in healthy people, there is no other carrier in the blood for oxygen so all this does is introduce oxygen into the system that has no where to bind and be useful. In fact, there is evidence that such a high level of oxygen may actually be harmful due to the free radicals formed by oxygen and our bodies incapability to neutralize the free radicals at these levels.
wow you couldn't be more wrong. hemoglobin, yes i understand that, but you didn't consider the effects of altitude in denver vs. lets say florida. Whenever athletes from sea level travel to play football in denver, you can always see them with oxygen masks on after a big run or something. Oxygen bars do work.
@reckokicker The air quality and difference also effects baseball players too, since they travel far more then football players so to Colorado and such. Some have complained about the air quality being less.
