I have no sympathy for ACORN, but this video seems different than the ones shown before. This lady said all the wrong things, but unlike ACORN staff in the previous videos, she seems nervous, she doesn't invite them to sit down, and she seems like she's trying to pass them off to someone else or get them to leave without making them angry. In a longer video of this encounter she refers them to a man in another office who refused to give them any help. They then came back to see this lady.
