lol I get lag alot to, sometimes it can be fixed by going into noclip and flying around outside of the map. If you have a weak cpu like I do, start waw, go into taskmanager, and set waw.exe to high priority. If you have the steam version set steam to low priority. Thumbs up if this helps so others will see it, thanks! :P
