I like your choices for Cinna and Haymitch. I hadn't thought of some of those before.

@CatimusPrime03 Thank you! I think Cillian Murphy is a perfect Cinna since he's usually quiet and doesn't like to be the center of attention, but still very useful. And Tom Hardy just has that cold, distant look that kinda fits Haymitch.
