This isn't too bad for two guys (Dan and the cameraman) and zero dollars in budget. I contacted the guy who did the video for the LA Times to find out where they shot it and what kind of budget they had. He laughed and said the Rumble Seat videos at the Times have no budget. Its just them two. If thats the case, that's not too bad at all. I shoot videos for a living and believe me I know how hard it is to produce a Top Gear video.
