Billy is a composer and Bruno is just another singer who will be gone in a year or two. The real problem is that Just The Way You Are is too good an idea and was too big a hit for Bruno to just go and use it. It's no different than writing a song about living in a yellow Submarine and calling it "Yellow Submarine". Legally song titles cannot be copyrighted...but this concept is Billy Joel's intellectual property and people of the arts community should consider this kind of thing immoral.
