I thought the same thing, until my piano teacher had me do a small lesson peice with notes at the same time on both the treble and bass clef....I can do it great now ...after practicing the peice. Im sure you'll get it;)

Its pretty hard to see which notes a played at same time and between each other making it difficult to play both hands at same time, you do play both hands together but its still way to fast for people trying to learn from your tutorial.

Would it still sound ok if you hold down the left hand chords rather than going 1 2 3 on each note? That would make it easier
