@mostdope1996 Well, Favre "hated" first and it drove his behavior the last few years. Out of Favre's own mouth one can construst what he wanted to do - choose which players to retain, who should be coach, which free agents to sign, and even in retirement, how the draft was supposed to be conducted. He wanted to be the de facto GM. Ted T didn't let him, Favre got mad and quit, and hated Ted T and sought to "stick it" to the Packers out of hatred. So FAVRE started it and he burned his legacy.

Favre is really good but he's not the best ever. He carries too much anxiety in playoff games. If they're winning he's too exited, if they're losing he's too depressed. He also throws way too many interceptions. He also suffers from addictions problems and seems to suffer from depression(imo)

@taoaoal Ur right. He was a very emotional player which is what I mean when I say he was all heart. But he had a hell of an arm, and had an uncanny ability to make plays when we needed them. I believe Aaron Rodgers is more of a mental quarterback. He's smarter and faster than Brett Favre, but Favre will always have that toughness factor that is hard to match.

@taoaoal I don't know if it's depression more than just using up all his energy when the pressure was on, to a point where he would make mistakes has his physical and mental energy ran out. All the great QB's of the modern era - Young, Manning, Brady, Rodgers, Brees, and many others ALL study the game and combine mental and physical training. Favre couldn't "get it" and never really wanted to, and so his nerves would get the best of him because he didn't trust what to do in pressure situations.

This is an amazing video, thanks for making it. I would have liked to see a few more memories in there (the 2007 playoff highlight against the Seahawks in the snow where he converted a first down with a flip pass before faceplanting comes to mind) This is how we should all remember the greatest QB to ever play the game. His records may eventually fall but no body will ever play as passionately or with more grit than America's Ironman: Brett Favre!
