My friends lived in the Burnetts Mill neighborhood past the hospital. They were in VaBch when it happened but when they tried to drive home they had to leave their car on the highway and it took them 4 hrs to get to their house which, fortunately, was still standing. Although the local Obici Hospital was badly damaged, the staff set up outside to take care of the injuried.

@xXKeon555Xx - yup..it's called Sentara Obici Hospitial now and it moved to a new location next to Burnetts Mill neighborhood after they decided to close the old Obici Hospital to build a new one. Did you live in Suffolk?

We had an e-mail at work (Newport News Shipyard) about a guy that lost his house from that tornado. It's amazing how there were no casualties.
